A step by step guide on how to reset your password in Graviti system
Password retrieval
If you have forgotten your password, you have the option to reset it by clicking on the “Forgot your Password” button (link) on the login page. You will be directed to the below screen.
Enter your email address, then click the “Reset Password” button. An email will be sent to you with the link. If you click on that link, you will land on a page where you are asked to reset your password.
Once updated, the “Return to Login” button will take you back to the login page.
Once logged in, you will land on your user role dashboard.
