Data analysis and exporting existing members by chapter data out of Graviti
The Members by Chapter report feature provides an organized and detailed overview of the members belonging to each chapter of the association. This allows the administrator or the designated person to view the list of members belonging to a specific geographic location or chapter and track their membership status, renewal dates, contact information, and other relevant details.
HOW CAN I VIEW AND EXPORT MEMBERS BY CHAPTER?
On the “Action” dropdown, you have the option to view the status report and to export the report to Excel.
When exporting the report, click on the “Export” button. You will land on a page where you need to select the fields to export to Excel. After selecting the fields, click on the “Export” button, and the Excel file will be generated.
