Data analysis and exporting existing members by expiry month data out of Graviti
The Members by Expiry Month report provides an overview of all members whose membership is due to expire in a particular month. This report helps administrators plan their membership renewal campaigns efficiently and effectively, as they can track the upcoming expiration dates and remind members to renew their memberships. It also helps administrators prioritize their efforts by focusing on the members whose membership is about to expire, ensuring that they do not lose any of their valuable members.
HOW CAN I VIEW AND EXPORT MEMBERS BY EXPIRY MONTH?
On the “Action” dropdown, you have the option to view the expiry month reports and to export the reports to Excel.
When exporting the report, click on the “Export” button. You will land on a page where you need to select the fields to export to Excel. After selecting the fields, click on the “Export” button, and the Excel file will be generated.
