Data analysis and exporting existing members by spoken language data out of Graviti
The Members by Spoken Language report creates a list of members based on their spoken language. This feature is helpful for identifying language-specific groups within the membership, providing language-specific support and assistance, and planning events for specific language groups.
HOW CAN I VIEW AND EXPORT MEMBERS BY SPOKEN LANGUAGE?
On the “Action” dropdown, you have the option to view the spoken language reports and to export the reports to Excel.
When exporting the reports, click on the “Export” button. You will land on a page where you need to select the fields to export to Excel. After selecting the fields, click on the “Export” button, and the Excel file will be generated.
