In this section, you can access comprehensive billing reports that are seamlessly integrated with Sage Business Cloud Accounting. CUSTOMER LIST

Here, you can view a complete list of all customers within the member management system.

The list includes detailed profiles for each member, highlighting their contact information, membership status, join date, and last payment date.

You can easily filter and sort the customer list by various parameters, such as membership type, payment status, and registration date.

Additionally, you have the option to export the customer list into different formats (e.g., CSV, Excel) for further analysis or reporting.

 

ACCOUNTS (LEDGERS)

This section provides a detailed view of all financial transactions related to your members’ accounts.

 Access individual member ledgers to examine transaction history, including invoices, payments received, and any outstanding balances.

 The ledgers can be filtered by date range, transaction type (e.g., credit, debit), or status (e.g., paid, pending).

You can also generate customizable reports that summarize total income, outstanding debts, and financial trends over specified periods, aiding in informed decision-making.

 

ITEMS LIST

The Items List displays a comprehensive inventory of products or services linked to your members' accounts, such as membership fees, one-time payments, or additional services.

Each item entry includes detailed descriptions, pricing, and categorization, enabling easy tracking and management of offerings.

You can view sales data for each item, highlighting popular services or products, which can help in strategizing marketing efforts and promotions.

Additionally, modifications to any item (e.g., pricing updates or new services) can be made directly within this section, ensuring that the information remains current.

 

AGED BALANCE

The Aged Balance section provides insights into outstanding receivables, displaying balances due from members broken down by age categories, such as 0-30 days, 31-60 days, 61-90 days, and over 90 days.

Here, you can monitor overdue accounts, which aids in proactive collections and improved cash flow management.

The system offers tools for generating reminders and follow-up notices to assist in recovering overdue payments.

You can also customize reports to analyze the aging of receivables over time and identify trends in payment behavior among members.
