Configuring member directory for seamless navigation

Configuration of the public member directory and a secure member directory


The Configuration tab provides options for both a public member directory and a secure member directory, also known as a member center. The public member directory can be accessed by anyone visiting the website. It displays basic information about members. The secure member directory, on the other hand, is only accessible to authorized members and offers additional features such as messaging and file sharing.

PUBLIC MEMBER DIRECTORY

For the public member directory, you can configure it to enable or disable the following details:

  • Show email: you can choose to show email or not to show the email address using the toggle bar.
  • Show mobile: you can choose to show mobile or not to show the mobile number using the toggle bar.
  • Show telephone: you can choose to show or not to show the telephone number using the toggle bar.
  • Show social handler: you can choose to show or not to show the social handler using the toggle bar.
  • Show employment: you can choose to show or not to show employment details using the toggle bar.
  • Show address: you can choose to show physical or postal address details by selecting from the drop-down list.

SECURE MEMBER DIRECTORY (MEMBER CENTER)

For the member directory, you can configure it to enable or disable the following details:

  • Show email: you can choose to show email or not to show the email address using the toggle bar.
  • Show mobile: you can choose to show mobile or not to show the mobile number using the toggle bar.
  • Show telephone: you can choose to show or not to show the telephone number using the toggle bar.
  • Show social handler: you can choose to show or not to show the social handler using the toggle bar.
  • Show employment: you can choose to show or not to show employment details using the toggle bar.
  • Show address: you can choose to show physical or postal address details by selecting from the drop-down list.

Once you have configured your details, click on the “submit” button to save.
