Tips and tricks of navigating the administrator dashboard

Getting started with Graviti admin dashboard

The landing page on the administrator platform

Once you are logged in, you will land on the association administrator dashboard.

Displayed above is an empty dashboard page for your association. To add the dashboard widgets, click on the “here” link.

Once you click on the “here” button, you will land on the dashboard configuration page. On this page, you have to select any of the summary items and chart items you would want to display on the association’s dashboard.

You have the option to select all items by clicking on the “Select All” button. After selecting all, click on the “Add All” option under the “Action” dropdown button.

If you do not want to select all items at once, you can individually select the items you want. Once you are done making your selection, click on the “Add Selected” option under the “Action” dropdown button.

NB: All the selected items will disappear on the dashboard configuration page and display on the association dashboard. However, you can always update your association’s dashboard by configuring the remaining items to display on the dashboard or removing the selected items from the dashboard. All this will be done in the Settings, Configuration section, under the dashboard configuration page.

On the "Configuration  dashboard", click on the “here” button to add.

Select a few or select all to add.

After selecting all items to display on the dashboard, the association’s admin dashboard will display the following information:

  • The total number of active system features (system modules) configured.
  • The total number of chapters created in the association.
  • The total number of member applications pending approval.
  • The total number of member profiles not assigned to a member group.
  • The total number of outstanding invoices.
  • The total amount of the outstanding invoice value.
  • The chart displays the percentage of documents uploaded by document type.
  • The graph displays the percentage of members by member status.
  • The graph displays the total number of file accesses.
  • The line graph displays the number of member signups by month.
