Getting started with Graviti admin member center

A one stop shop for members


The member center functions as a one-stop-shop for members to manage their membership details, access benefits, communicate with the association, and stay up-to-date with relevant information and events.

This is where a range of functions that help members manage their membership and engagement with the association are configured in the member center module. There are three submodules in the member center module, namely:

  • Content: this is where all content-related activities are created and published to be accessed by members.
  • Support: this is where all support queries from members are viewed and managed.
  • Member setup: this is where member pages and user account access to the member portal are configured.
