Getting started with Graviti admin reports
Providing valuable insights and data to the administrators or managers of the system thorugh data analysis and extraction
The reports module serves the purpose of providing valuable insights and data to the administrators or managers of the system. The reports generated by this module help in making informed decisions, identifying patterns, and assessing the overall performance of the membership system.
In the reports module, you can view all available reports. On each report, you have the option to filter and export the report to an Excel or PDF file.
The “Reports” module has four tabs, namely:
- Summary: this is where all the reports are displayed in summary.
- Members: this is where all reports related to members are extracted.
- Messaging: this is where all reports related to messaging are extracted.
- Storage: this is where all reports related to storage are extracted.
The details displayed on the summary page consist of:

- The number of members with an unknown membership status
- The number of member applications pending review
- The number of active member profiles
- The number of suspended member profiles
- The number of terminated member profiles
- The number of archived member profiles
- The number of expired member profiles.
- The membership status chart.
- The membership groups chart.
- The member groups by month graph.
- The members by status table.
