Overview of Graviti System

Optimizing system functionality for enhanced performance

Graviti system functionality

A user starts the process by logging into the system using a valid username and password combination. New users must first complete the registration process to gain access to the system.

Users with administrative privileges reserve the exclusive right to register new system users. System administrators can register all types of administrators and other system users and assign administration roles that enable them to access exclusive privileges.

During registration, users are issued unique username and password combinations and assigned a specific user type. This combination is then used by the registered user to access the system resources that fall under their privilege level.

Upon successful verification of username and password, the user is granted access to the system resources and directed to the homepage. Once logged in, the user can access all system resources available to them based on their privilege level(s).

A user can create and manipulate records once logged into the system. However, the level of manipulation that a user can perform is dependent on their privilege level, as explained above.

USER PRIVILEGES

The system maintains different levels of users, namely:

  • System administrator
  • Association administrator

The privileges of each user are limited according to their assigned role level.
