Understanding payment receipts on Graviti admin

Invoice receipts


All invoice payments that have been settled are displayed on the “Receipts” tab.

The information displayed on this tab consists of:

  • Receipt number: the receipt number assigned to the receipt.
  • Invoice number: the invoice number that was assigned to the invoice upon creation.
  • Paid by: the method of payment used. Two payment methods are available: credit and debit card payments.
  • Date: the date on which the payment was settled.
  • Amount: the invoice amount that was settled.
  • Action dropdown: on the action dropdown, you have an option to:
    • Email receipt: email the receipt to the member.
    • Print: print a copy of the receipt.

You can filter your receipt page using the payment method or search using the receipt number or the invoice number.
