The landing page on the member platform

Once you are logged in, you will land on the association member dashboard.

On the association’s member dashboard, you can:

See your membership number.
See your professional number.
There is an option to click on to change your profile picture.
There is an option to click on to update your login details.
You can view your membership profile details.
- Clicking on the ”View profile” button will take you to your profile page, enabling you to update your profile details.
You can view your messages.
- By clicking on “View all" you will be directed to the CONNECT module main page, where you can view all your messages.
You can see your outstanding balance.
- You are able to settle payment by clicking on the “Pay now” button to process payment.
You can see recent announcements.
You can view queries.
- By clicking the “View all queries” button, you can view all queries. You will be directed to the SUPPORT module/section, QUERIES tab/page.
You can see the important dates on the calendar.
You can view latest poll feedback
- By clicking the “View all polls” button, you can view all polls. You will be directed to the PUBLICATIONS module/section, POLLS tab/page.
You can view and download files
- By clicking the “View all files” button, you can view all files. You will be directed to the RESOURCES module/section, My FILES tab/page.
