Graviti system functionality
A user starts the process by logging into the system using a valid username and password combination. New users must first complete the registration process to gain access to the system if they are not registered by the association administrator.
During registration, users are issued unique username and password combinations and assigned a specific user type. This combination is then used by the registered user to access the system resources that fall under their privilege level.
Upon successful verification of username and password, the user is granted access to the system resources and directed to the homepage. Once logged in, the user can access all system resources available to them based on their privilege level(s).
A user can create and manipulate records once logged into the system. However, the level of manipulation that a user can perform is dependent on their privilege level, as explained above
USER PRIVILEGES
The system maintains one level of users, namely:
- Association members
The privileges of the user are limited according to their assigned role level.
