Creating notification templates on Graviti system
How do l configure notification templates?
Notification templates are pre-designed and pre-written messages that can be sent to members automatically for specific events or actions in a membership system. They inform members about various membership-related activities, save time, reduce errors, and maintain consistency in communication. Notification templates play a crucial role in keeping members informed and engaged, improving the overall experience for both members and administrators.
HOW DO I CONFIGURE NOTIFICATION TEMPLATES?
To create a template, click on the “Add” button.
Details required when creating a template are:
- Trigger type: the trigger type will be selected from the available drop-down list.
- Name: the name of the template.
- Content: the content details of the template. When creating content, you can use the supported wildcards (placeholders) where required.
Once you have added all the details for the template, click on the “Submit” button to save the template.
The back navigation button is for the admin to be able to navigate back to the module or section main page.
All created templates are displayed on the “Notification Templates” main page. Once a template is created, you can:
- Edit: Make changes to the template by updating it. Click on the “Edit” button to make the changes, and save once done.
- Preview: preview the layout of the template.
- Remove: To delete a template, click on "Remove.”.
When searching for templates, you can always filter your search by entering the template name in the “Search” section.
