Customizing member directory fields for detailed profiles

Choosing fields or information to display in the public or private member directory


In the Display Fields tab, you can choose which fields or information to display in the public or private member directory. This includes basic details like name and contact information, as well as additional fields that may be specific to the association.

The presented fields consist of:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Membership number
  • Emil
  • Mobile
  • Address
  • Organization

You can select which directory you want to configure the display fields for: public member director or the private member directory. Click on the add button to start.

You can configure the following fields for the public member directory or the private member directory:

  • Middle name: you can choose to display the middle name or not by using the toggle bar
  • Gender: you can choose to display the gender or not to display it by using the toggle bar
  • Known as: you can choose to display the known as name or not to display it by using the toggle bar
  • Account number: you can choose to display the account number or not by using the toggle bar
  • Professional number: you can choose to display the professional number or not by using the toggle bar
  • Group type: you can choose to display the group type or not by using the toggle bar
  • Start date: you can choose to display the start date or not by using the toggle bar
  • Date of birth: you can choose to display the date of birth or not by using the toggle bar
  • Title: you can choose to display the title or not to display it by using the toggle bar
  • Region: you can choose to display the region or not to display it by using the toggle bar
  • Identification type: you can choose to display the identification or not by using the toggle bar
  • Race: you can choose to display the race or not to display it by using the toggle bar
  • Date joined: you can choose to display the date joined or not by using the toggle bar
  • Membership status: you can choose to display the membership status or not by using the toggle bar
  • Designation: you can choose to display the designation or not to display it by using the toggle bar
  • End date: you can choose to display the end date or not by using the toggle bar
  • Communication language: you can choose to display the communication language  or not to display it by using the toggle bar
  • Organization chapter: you can choose to display the organization chapter or not by using the toggle bar

Once you have selected your optional fields, click on the “save” button to save.

All configured fields will display on the main page.You can do the following:

  • Edit the display field name and customize it
  • Change the display order
  • Remove the display field if it is not marked as a default
