Introducing member directory digital cards for enhanced visibility

Create and manage the digital business cards


The Digital Cards tab is where you can create and manage their digital business cards. These cards can be easily shared with other members or downloaded as digital files, simplifying the process of exchanging contact information digitally.

To create digital cards, follow the below steps:

  • Step 1: Choose a template: choose the template you want to use.

  • Step 2: Select fields: select the fields you want to display on the card and pick up your colour theme.

  • Step 3: Select members:Choose member for digital card preview

  • Step 4: Preview: preview the digital card display.

If you do not like the preview, you can navigate back and redo previous step until you are satisfied with the preview layout.

  • Step 5: Select recipients: select the recipients of the card.

Send to all


OR send to selected

  • Step 6: Publish: publish the cards.

Once you are done selecting the recipients, you can publish the cards.
