Opening the billing section, you will land on the summary page, where you can navigate to different billing pages:

  • Transactions:
    • Invoicing
    • Quotations
    • Credit Notes
    • Statements
    • Receipts
  • Configuration:
    • SBC Integration configuration
    • Link members to customer accounts
    • Synch SBC with Graviti
  • Reporting:
    • Customer list
    • Accounts (ledgers)
    • Items list
    • Aged balance

To create an invoice or quotation, you have to first configure the billing financial years, then create the fees that you will use to create invoices and quotations for members. Fees are created and managed on the “Manage Fees” tab, and financial years are created and managed on the “Financial Years” tab under the system module.
