Managing association member group packages on Graviti admin

A centralized platform for managing memberships group packages

This is where the administrator sets up different membership groups.

NB: Different membership levels have specific benefits, pricing, and access restrictions for each one.

HOW DO I CREATE MEMBER GROUPS/PACKAGES?

To add or create a new member group, click on the “Add” button.

The details required when adding a member group consist of just the group description (that would be the group name).

Once you have added the description (group name), click on the “Submit” button to save the member group.

The back navigation button is for the admin to be able to navigate back to the module or section main page.

All added member groups will be displayed on the “member group” main page. The data columns displayed on this page are:

  • Description: the name of the member group.
  • Members: On the number badge, displayed will be the number of members that belong to the member group.
  • Updated: the date on which the member group record was updated
  • Updated by: the name or the individual who updated the member group record.
  • Action: on the “Action” dropdown list per group record, you have the options to:
    • Edit: you can update the group description name.
    • Remove: you can delete the group description record with no members assigned to it. Once there are members assigned to the group, the “Remove” option will disappear.
    • Assign members: if you want to assign members to a group, click on the “Assign members” button, then “Select All” (it selects all available members at once) or “Individually Select” the members you want to assign, then click on the “Assign Selected” or “Assign All” button to add the members to the group.
    • Assigned members: this is where you can view all members that have been assigned to the group.

The back navigation button is for the admin to be able to navigate back to the module or section main page.
