The schedule feature that automates essential tasks and processes


The automation schedule feature automates essential tasks and processes, saving time and reducing errors. It sends renewal reminders, processes applications, and updates member information. Administrators can customize workflows to improve efficiency, productivity, and member satisfaction.

HOW DO I ADD SCHEDULING?

To create the automation schedule, click on the “Add” button to start.


The details required when adding an automation schedule are:

  • Title: the title of the schedule.
  • Task frequency: select the task frequency from the available drop-down list of options, which range from:
    • One time
    • Every hour
    • Daily
    • Weekly
    • Monthly
    • Yearly
  • Take occurrence: select the task occurrence from the available dropdown list of options ranging from:
    • Once
    • Recurring
  • End date: specify the end date of the schedule.
  • Frequency Unit: specify the frequency unit.
  • Frequency unit or measure: specify the frequency unit of measure from the available dropdown list of options, which range from:
    • Minutes
    • Hours
    • Days
    • Weeks
    • Months
  • Task source type: select the task source type from the available dropdown list of options, which can range from (examples):
    • Custom
    • Auto-billing
    • Announcements
    • Birthday
    • Membership renewal
    • Record update required
  • Task user status: select the “task user status” from the available dropdown list of options, which range from:
    • Active
    • Cancelled
    • Disabled
  • Tags: specify the schedule tag.

Once all the schedule details have been specified, click on the “Submit” button to save the schedule.

The back navigation button is for the admin to be able to navigate back to the module or section main page.


All created schedules will display on the “Schedule” main page. The data columns available on this page are:

  • Title: the title of the schedule.
  • Occurrence: the occurrence of the schedule.
  • Frequency: the schedule frequency.
  • Status: the status of the schedule.
  • Unit: the frequency unit of the schedule.
  • Measure: the frequency unit of measure.
  • Action: On the “Action” dropdown list, you have the following options:
    • View: You can view the schedule record.
    • Edit: You can edit the schedule record.
    • Delete: You can remove the schedule record.
    • Enable/Disable: You can deactivate and activate the schedule.
    • Cancel: You can cancel a schedule.
