Potential challenges in using the Graviti system

Failure to log in


If you can't log in, it could be because of the following reasons:

  • Your username or password is incorrect. You can request a password reset by providing your email address to receive the URL to reset your password.
  • The administrator may have disabled or deactivated your account.
  • If you delete your personal data (which is managed under the “Profile” module), 
  • You may not be able to log into the system due to internet connectivity. You can fix your internet connection to log in.
