Personalized recommendations to the association based on member preferences and interests


The suggestion feature enables you to provide personalized recommendations to the association based on your preferences and interests. These suggestions could be related to products or services that you may be interested in based on your previous purchases or browsing history.

HOW DO I CREATE A SUGGESTION?

Click on the "Add" button to create a suggestion. 

When creating a suggestion, certain details are required, including:

  • Category: choose the appropriate category for your suggestion from the drop-down menu
  • Subject: clearly define the subject of your suggestion
  • Message: elaborate on your suggestion with relevant details
  • Upload files: you have the option to upload files in various formats. You can browse and select one or more files, or drag and drop them into the preview area below. Once you have made your selection, click on the 'Upload' button that will appear.

Note: The 'Upload' button will only appear after you have selected files.

After you have provided all the necessary details for your suggestion, click on the "Submit" button to save it. Once saved, your suggestion will be forwarded to the support team for their review.


 

HOW DO I VIEW AND MONITOR THE SUGGESTION RESPONSE UPDATES?

On the "suggestions" main page, you will find all the suggestions you created. You can track the status updates of your suggestion as it is being reviewed.

The main page displays important details, such as:

  • Category: the category to which your suggestion belongs
  • Subject: the specific subject of your suggestion
  • Date created: the date when you submitted your suggestion
  • Status: the current status of your suggestion, which can vary between:
    • Open: The suggestion is currently new or open; it has not yet been looked at.
    • Under review: The suggestion is currently being reviewed by the support team.
    • In progress: The suggestion is being worked on and is in the process of being implemented.
    • Implemented: The suggestion has been implemented and is now available for use.
    • Rejected: The suggestion has been reviewed and will not be implemented.
    • On hold: The suggestion has been temporarily suspended and will not be worked on until further notice.
    • Duplicated: The suggestion is a duplicate of another suggestion and will not be considered.
    • Closed: The suggestion has been closed and will not be worked on further.
    • Deferred: The suggestion has been postponed to a later date or time.
    • Not feasible: The suggestion is not feasible or practical to implement.
    • Awaiting clarification: Additional information or clarification is required before the suggestion can be reviewed.
    • Partial implementation: Only a part of the suggestion has been implemented.
    • Withdrawn: The suggestion has been withdrawn by the person who submitted it.
    • Scheduled: The suggestion has been scheduled for implementation at a later date or time.
    • Feedback acknowledged: The feedback has been received and acknowledged by the team.
      • For open suggestions, you have the option to:
        • View: view the suggestion details
        • Attachments: view and upload files
        • Edit: update the suggestion
        • Delete: delete the suggestion record
        • Reply: you are able to communicate with the support team as your suggestion is being looked at.
      • For all suggestions that have been moved from the “Open” status, you have the options to:
        • View: view the suggestion details
        • Attachments: view and upload files
        • Reply: you are able to communicate with the support team as your suggestion is being looked at.

Search button : the search button allows you to search for specific content or information within the page. This button works by allowing you to enter keywords related to your search, to retrieve relevant results. You can search using the suggestion status, category, or subject.  

NOTE: Once the status of your suggestion gets updated from “open to any available status, you will no longer have the option to delete the suggestion.


To respond to your suggestion, locate and click on the "Reply" button. To access this option, click on the "View" button from the Action dropdown menu that corresponds to the suggestion you wish to respond to.

Once the page loads, scroll down to find the "Reply" button and click on it. This will open a new section below the button.

When you open the reply section, you can type in your response and upload any necessary files. Once you have finished, click on the "Submit" button to save your reply. The support team will be able to see your reply on their end.
