Access to shared association files on Graviti

Access to association files

All files that have been published by the association admin will be displayed on the "Association Files" tab. Similar to the "My Files" tab, each folder will have a dropdown menu under the "Actions" button, providing you with the following options:

• "Download": files can be downloaded by either downloading the entire folder or selecting specific files to download within that folder.
• "Open": enables you to open a specific folder and view all files uploaded within it.

Search button: the search button allows you to search for specific content or information within the page.  This button works by allowing you to enter keywords related to your search to retrieve relevant results. You can search using the folder name.
