Getting started with Graviti member communication management

Send and receive messages


The Connect module is a feature that enables you to send and receive SMS, emails, and WhatsApp messages within the association’s member portal. This feature is designed to facilitate communication between you, other members, and the association, making it easier to share information and stay up-to-date on important news and events.

On the Connect main page, you can see or view the following information:

  • Prepaid balance: This shows the remaining credits you have bought.
    • You can "buy credits" by clicking the button and proceeding to the credits page, where you can select the necessary bundles to purchase.
  • Total WhatsApp: this displays the total number of unread WhatsApp messages.
    • Clicking "Manage WhatsApp" will direct you to the WhatsApp messages main page
  • Total emails: This shows the total number of unread emails.
    • Clicking "Manage emails" will direct you to the email message main page.
  • Total SMSs: This displays the total number of unread SMSs.
    • Clicking "Manage SMSs" will direct you to the SMS message main page.
  • History: This section shows the number of admin and member messages sent per channel, summed together to determine the total number.
  • Emails: This displays email messages received, including the date, sender name, and content of the email.
    • By clicking the {} icon, you can create new emails.
    • You can also click “View all” to see all available emails.
  • SMS: This displays SMS messages received, including the date, sender name, and the number that sent the SMS.
    • By clicking the {} icon, you can create new SMS messages.
    • Clicking “View all” will show all available SMS messages.
  • WhatsApp: This displays WhatsApp messages received, including the date, sender name, and the number that sent the message.
    • You can create new WhatsApp messages by clicking the {} icon.
    • You can also click “View all” to see all available WhatsApp messages.
