Top up your prepaid balance by purchasing credits

Buy credits

If you run out of credits, you can purchase more by clicking the "Buy credits" button on the Connect main page. You will then be redirected to the following page, where you can filter your search by: 

• SMS prepaid: This will display only SMS prepaid bundles.
  • You can view the number of SMS per bundle as well as the cost.
• Email prepaid: This option shows only Email prepaid bundles.
  • You can view the number of emails per bundle, along with the cost.
• WhatsApp prepaid: This option displays only WhatsApp prepaid bundles.
  • You can view the number of WhatsApp messages per bundle and the cost.

Once you have selected your desired bundle, click "Buy now" to proceed with payment. You will be taken to the payment processing page.
