Queries raised by members


The support query feature allows members to raise concerns and get assistance regarding their membership and the member portal. It ensures that members feel valued and supported, improving their overall experience with the system. The feature also provides insights on common issues that can inform improvements to the system and its services.

HOW DO I VIEW AND RESPOND TO QUERIES FROM MEMBERS?

On the admin portal, you can view queries submitted by members and respond to the queries. You can update the query status. On the member portal, the status will also be updated.

You have the option to filter your search by the query status.


You can respond to member queries by clicking on the “Reply” button.


When responding to a query, you can update the status by selecting it from the drop-down list. Once you are done, click “Submit” to submit and save your response. The member will see the response on their platform.
