The suggestion feature enables members to provide personalized recommendations to the association based on their preferences and interests. These suggestions could be related to products or services that the member may be interested in based on their previous purchases or browsing history.
HOW DO I VIEW AND RESPOND TO SUGGESTIONS FROM MEMBERS?
On the admin portal, you can view suggestions submitted by members and respond to them. You are able to update the suggestion status. On the member portal, the status will also be updated.
You have the option to filter your search by the suggestion status.
When you click to view the member’s suggestion, you can also respond by clicking on the “Reply” button.
You can also update the suggestion status. Once you are done, click on the “Submit” button to save and submit your response. The member will see the response on their portal.
