How do I create a file folder?


To create a file folder, click on the "Create folder" button located in the "Action" dropdown menu.


A pop-up window will appear where you will be prompted to enter the name of the new folder. Once you have entered the name, click on the "Create new folder" button, and the folder will be created.

After clicking on the "Create New Folder" button, you will be directed to the upload page, where you can upload files to the folder. This feature allows for the uploading of files in any format. You can either use the 'Browse' button to select one or more files or drag and drop the file(s) onto the preview space below.

Note that the [Upload] button will only appear after files have been selected.

Once you have made your selection, click on the 'Upload' button, and then press the "Done" button to save the uploads.


All file folders that are created will be displayed on the "My Files" tab. Each folder will have a dropdown menu located on the "Action" button. For every file folder or individual uploaded files within the folder, specific actions can be taken as follows:

  • "Upload here" allows you to upload files onto the main folder page.
  • "Open" enables you to open a specific folder and view all the files that have been uploaded within it.
  • "Delete" removes the folder, resulting in its complete removal from the system.

Search button: the search button allows you to search for specific content or information within the page.  This button works by allowing you to enter keywords related to your search to retrieve relevant results. You can search using the folder name
