Access receipts for Invoice payments on Graviti

Payments made to the association


The Payments tab records all payments you have made to the association. All payment receipts are displayed under the payments tab.

Here you can view, email, print, and download the receipts. Viewing, emailing, printing, and downloading receipts benefit you and the association. This is because it helps in:

  • Verifying payment: you can view, print, or download receipts to verify payment of your invoices, payments, or fees whenever necessary. It allows you to keep your records accurate and up-to-date.
  • Resolving disputes: in cases of discrepancies or disputes, the receipt serves as proof of payment, which simplifies the process of resolving such issues.
  • Providing convenience by emailing receipts: you have the option to email your receipts directly to yourself or to the admin when required, providing an added level of convenience since you do not need to worry about misplacing or losing your receipts.
  • Tax preparation: you may also need receipts when filing taxes or for other financial record-keeping purposes.

Search button: the search button allows you to search for specific content or information within the page. This button works by allowing you to enter keywords related to your search to retrieve relevant results. You can search using the receipt number or invoice number.

You can also filter your result page if you want to view your receipts by payment method used.
