Getting started with managing your membership fees

A comprehensive view of my account details including invoices


The billing module is designed to provide you with a comprehensive view of your account details, including invoices with outstanding amounts and payments received by the association from you. This module is intended to help you keep track of your financial transactions with the association and ensure that you are up to date with your payments.

The billing module can be used to view and download invoices, make payments, and set up automatic payments for recurring charges. It can also be used to view payment history and track outstanding balances. By providing you with access to this information, the billing module helps to promote transparency and accountability in the financial relationship between the association and you as a member.

This module consists of 3 sections:

  • Account: where your current account balance is displayed.
    • Clicking on the “View Account” button will direct you to your account details page.
  • Invoices: where the outstanding amount owed is displayed.
    • Clicking on the “View all invoices” button will direct you to the page where you can view all your unpaid invoices.
  • Payments: where the association's payment received from you is displayed.
    • Clicking on the “View all payments” button will direct you to the page where you can see all the payments made.

The Invoices, Payments, and Statements tabs in the billing module have the following purposes: 

  • Invoice:  the Invoices tab shows all invoices you owe to the association.
  • Payments: the Payments tab records all payments you have made to the association.
  • Statements:  the Statements tab summarizes all of your financial transactions with the association, including payments, credits, and debits to your account.
